“So grateful for Fitfish! My retreat and all the other input from you all has helped shift me away from years of dieting to a focus on God and healthy eating.

Little did I know I was to be diagnosed with cancer last Autumn ( Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma – very active sort throughout my body 😩) Chemo has been a challenge. No dieting allowed but I’m so encouraged that God’s word to me from Isaiah 5 ‘I will give you the treasures of darkness so that you will know that I am the Lord who calls you by name’ is true. More than ever I know my identity is not in how I look etc but in knowing I am so loved!
Your ongoing prayers are much valued. Bit of a sorry soul this week. Had a very sore mouth since Saturday and injecting to increase immunity so very achy 😖 . Eating liquids today and regular prayer and painkillers to try to get on top of swollen tongue👅 !!!

On the plus side: my cancer is in remission with only two more sessions to go; my breakfast was a lovely smoothie of banana, avocado, kale, frozen blackberries and mango, yoghurt , juice and water; I made fit fish cake extra soggy; the garden looks gorgeous; friends and family have been so kind; I’m loving coaching leaders in my Vineyard Church movement and Life is good!

Thank you Gaynor and the Fitfish team – this stuff works in every season of life! Xx”
