A very inspirational talk. Let's all take note and keep our spirits high. It won't be easy but we can all keep in contact and enjoy and celebrate the friendships we have.Thinking of you all.

Hi Gaynor Thank you so much for sharing your You TUbe video above. It was so helpful, especially the part when you describe about having a growth mindset, saying this time will pass and it will seem such a small part of our lives when we look back on it. That was so helpful to me to think about trying to embrace it. I have thought about so many things we can do in this time, in fact me and my daughter have made a list of all the creative ideas we have and want to do! We started this by making home made masks yesterday (my daughters choice). I also wanted to say I'm sorry for not booking the retreat as was worried about the Virus... and I look forward to coming to a course later in the year. Take care Gaynor and keep up your wonderfully motivational work xxx

Thank you Gaynor. That was really good because I am at home on my own now, 2grown up children who live away and my husband is a teacher and all the normal that I do such as volunteering is cancelled, feeling a little lonely!
