Breaking the Dieting Mentality
I see so many people struggling with being on a diet…off a diet…on a diet….off a diet and feeling guilty at every stage in-between and it breaks my heart. I want people to be living free from this!
In this video I share 3 tips on how you can break free from dieting:
- Calories – I hardly ever talk about these and I tell you why!
- Think about the things you CAN DO to add to your health not all of the things that you can’t do!
- Have a Bigger Picture Viewpoint…It’s what you do MOSTLY that Matters not what you do 20% of the time!
