Beef and Veggie Chilli in Slow Cooker

This popular dish is very easy in the slow cooker

500g lean minced beef (or extra beans and lentils for vegetarian)

Shake of dried red lentils

Tin chopped tomatoes

Tin kidney beans

1 grated carrot

1 grated courgette

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp tomato purée

200 ml veg or beef stock

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp marjoram

1 tsp cocoa powder

Mix together cook in slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on slow
