Not knowing what to do next can be a problem that leads to too much watching TV, which can lead to snacking and nibbling constantly...! Even after a good healthy dinner, I tend to want a little bit of chocolate, a few nuts, or dried fruit, a biscuit or two, and another bit of chocolate, sometimes it can be hard to stop. Not good when we don't get enough exercise!
