3 Reasons why Consistency Works

People often ask me ‘what’s the best exercise to do?’ “which diet works?” but I really believe that it’s small consistent action that matters.

In this video I talk about:

  1. How small and often can have ‘better’ results than big efforts that aren’t very regular
  2. Why putting votes in the ‘right box’ to become the person you want to be really matters
  3. How consistent action changes the trajectory that you are on and the path of the gradual change of trajectory makes you more likely to stick to it. It becomes YOUR NORMAL.

Thanks Gaynor I need to be more consistent with the exercise having the videos in the portal I can access anywhere I’m going to do the 24 exercises in 12 minutes Daily before my shower thank you !
