Basic Chair Workouts
Have you ever done a chair workout?
Chair exercises are great for so many reasons and here are just 3!:
- They are easier than some exercise to get started with
- They are low impact and ideal for those with injuries
- They are quick and simple to fit into life
Each week in our Fitfish for a Fiver exercise classes we have a Chair Workout (Thursdays at 08:20) and now there are over 40 of them recorded and ready to use at all times!
