Basic Chair Workouts

Have you ever done a chair workout?

Chair exercises are great for so many reasons and here are just 3!:

  1. They are easier than some exercise to get started with
  2. They are low impact and ideal for those with injuries
  3. They are quick and simple to fit into life

Each week in our Fitfish for a Fiver exercise classes we have a Chair Workout (Thursdays at 08:20) and now there are over 40 of them recorded and ready to use at all times!
