A Habit Tracker

Our last blog talked about embracing accountability and how this can make a real difference on our health journey. One of the benefits of being accountable is that habits are easier to form, and then to stick to. 

This week we wanted to share a practical tool – a Habit Tracker – that can help keep you accountable for new healthy habits you want to embed. 

The tracker is a simple sheet you can print off and stick on a fridge or noticeboard – you could even laminate it and use wipe-off markers to set your habits and tick off your progress!
