Thanks Gaynor. Found this very helpful. Am going to right those 5 things in my journal as a reminder as I'm definitely guilty of all 5, especially the perfectionism one! Really looking forward to starting on Wednesday. Ate my last no holes barred fish and chips last night. Next time I'll include some salad with it.
