I know that some of you find the approaching festive season challenging when it comes to staying consistent with healthy habits. That’s why I’m excited to share a special tool with you—the Healthy Habits Wreath!
What’s the Healthy Habits Wreath?
I know it’s a bit early, but starting now is a great way to establish those healthy habits in the lead-up to Christmas. Just print out your wreath, and each time you complete a healthy habit, colour in a bauble, berry, or leaf.
By the time Christmas rolls around, you’ll have a colourful visual reminder of all the positive steps you’ve taken—and see the difference these small actions are already making to your health!
How Does It Work?
1. Choose Your Habits – Decide on a few healthy habits you want to focus on. It could be drinking enough water, eating five-a-day, getting some daily movement, or spending time in the Word each day.
2. Colour In as You Go – Each time you complete a habit, colour in one of the decorations on your wreath. You can use different colours for different habits, or simply watch the colours add up!
3. Celebrate Your Progress – Take a moment to celebrate each coloured spot as a small win. By the end, you’ll have a vibrant wreath that reflects your hard work and commitment—a big win in itself!

It’s easy to put healthy habits on hold during the holiday season, but starting now can help you stay balanced, energised, and build a strong foundation for the New Year. With just a few minutes a day, these habits can add up in powerful ways—leaving you feeling healthier and happier without added pressure.
