12 Minute Resistance Programme

On our retreats and in our courses I share an easy to follow 12-minute strength exercise programme and I thought that it was about time that I shared it with you too!

Muscle work is so important for everyone at any age, and with any ability, and brings the following benefits:

  • increased stamina
  • Increased fitness
  • Reduced risk of falls
  • Reduced risk of breakages
  • Increased fat burn
  • Reduced blood sugar levels
  • Reduced risk of osteoporosis
  • Increased flexibility

The beauty is that you don’t need to spend much time on it to get the benefits and that anyone can do it, anywhere, as you just need your bodyweight!

This 12 minute programme is suitable for everyone whether you have exercised before or not.

You only need to do it 5 days per week to reap huge benefits. That’s only 1 hour out of 168!!
