Here is an example of what your weekend could look like.

We plan the exercise sessions according to the ability of people coming. Most people on the retreats are low to average fitness levels but we will also have a more advanced stream if there are people who exercise more regularly.

New for 2015 we have a second stream of talks and workshops for repeat guests too.
